You are welcome to invite one, two, or three swimmers of a similar level and with similar goals to join your session. In this format, we run a semi‑private training, where every swimmer receives focused attention, while also benefiting from the competitive energy within the group.

The cost per swimmer becomes lower, the training effect becomes stronger, and the carpool option is especially convenient for families living in the same area.

  • PRO SWIM – Private Session Booking & Cancellation Policy


    To ensure fair scheduling and consistent training quality, all private and semi‑private sessions follow the policies below.

    Booking & Payment
    Payment is required in advance on the day the schedule is confirmed.

    Payments are made via e‑Transfer.

    Your booking is confirmed only once the payment has been received.

    Without payment, the time slot remains open and may be offered to another swimmer.

    Cancellations & No‑Shows
    No‑show sessions are non‑refundable.

    If you cannot attend your session, the payment is not returned.

    Cancellations are accepted no later than two weeks before the scheduled session.

    If cancelled within this period, the payment is converted into a training credit that can be applied to another available date.

    Rescheduling
    Rescheduling is possible only when the cancellation is made at least two weeks in advance.

    Credits must be used for a future session within the same season.

    The first step is to complete the athlete intake form on our website.
    It's important to provide all necessary details to help the coach determine the right direction:

    • Main goals
    • Date of birth
    • Place of residence

  • 2. Confirming the Training Type & Scheduling First Session

    Based on availability and swimmer needs, one of the following formats is offered:
    • Private training sessions (if pool time is available)
    • Group sessions through swim clinics or camps

    📆 You’ll be scheduled into the right environment to maximize your growth.

     

  • 3. Feedback from Coach After First Training

    After the initial session, the coach provides a performance summary and initial feedback.
    This includes recommendations for technical improvement and the most efficient training plan moving forward.

    🗣️ This step helps define how to get faster results based on current abilities.

     

  • 4. Beginning the Training Program with Full Technical Assessment

    The first full session is more than just a workout — it's a complete performance evaluation.
    🏊‍♂️ Coach analyzes the swimmer’s:
    • Technique and stroke efficiency
    • Speed and pacing. Starts and turns.
    • Endurance capacity
    • Body balance and streamline
    • Overall coordination in the water

    When time allows during deck training, additional testing may be done to assess:

    Athlete progress is reviewed regularly through:

  • 3. What should I bring to class?

     

    Please bring the following:
    – Yoga mat
    – Swim gear: fins, paddles, pull buoy, goggles, swim cap, kickboard, etc.

  • Is insurance included?

     

    Yes. All swimmers are covered with $2,000,000 liability insurance through Zen Insurance.

     

  • Payment Options and Booking Confirmation

     

    To confirm your booking, full payment must be made online or in cash. Refunds are available at 50% of the total amount if needed.

     

  • How many people are in a group?

     

    For regular Clinics or Camps, groups are limited to 6 swimmers per coach with four lanes reserved, ensuring personalized attention.
